Technical Lead
Job Description
seeking Senior Engineers to provide technical leadership.
The candidate for this position will be responsible to lead a Java technology based development team to build
the next generation features in our product suite.
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop new products and features using Java and other industry leading technologies
2. Provide technical leadership and direction, leading a team using state of the art development
methodologies
3. Collaborate with Product Management to define product requirements and functional specifications
4. Design, implement, and test product software to meet product quality standards
5. Provide clearly written documentation when required
6. Stay technically current in software technology through conferences, classes and self-study
Qualification
1. B.E / B. Tech / MCA
2. 7+ years of professional software development experience
3. Experience in object-oriented design and Java or similar programming languages/environments
4. Applied understanding of Design Patterns, UML, and Architectural design
5. Prior experience as a technical lead in a product focused software development team will be preferred
6. Practical experience developing easy to use software, with a dedication to quality
7. Good communications skills, excellent analytical & problem-solving ability, and a teamwork attitude
Location : Chennai
Compensation: Commensurate with qualifications and experience ranging from 4.5 lacs to 12 lacs
p.a.
