How to Enable Cookies
You are having trouble accessing your account, in particular,
you are being sent back to the log in page because you are not accepting
Cookies. Your browser uses "Cookies" to remember who you
are (your name, username, password, industry, etc.). If you do not
have Cookies enabled, then the system will not give you access to
your own account.
Follow these instructions to learn how to enable Cookies on your
Browser:
PC Users
Netscape 4.x for PC:
From inside the Netscape window:
- Go to Edit, then click on Preferences.
- On the left pane, click on Advanced, then on the right,
check "accept all cookies" or "accept only cookies
that get sent back to the originating server".
- Click OK to save.
- Close all browser windows and start again to apply changes you
made.
Netscape 3.x for PC
(Note: Navigator 3.0x and 2.0x don't have an option to disable the
setting of cookies globally. It is a feature added to version 4.x.):
- Go to the Options menu and choose Network Preferences, Protocols
- Check the option to "show alert before accepting cookies."
- You can also check out information from the Netscape Web site

- Close all browser windows and start again to apply changes you
made.
Internet Explorer 4.x for PC:
From inside the IE window:
- Click on View in the top navigation bar and then click
on the Internet Options link.
- When the new window opens, click on the Advanced tab.
- Scroll down until you find the "Security" heading.
- Scroll down to the "Cookies" heading.
- Under "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer,"
please check "Enable,".
- Under "Allow per session cookies (not stored)," check
"Allow per session cookies." This is required to be
able to log into jobs-bank.com.
- Close all browser windows and start again to apply changes you
made.
Internet Explorer 5.x for PC:
From inside the IE window:
- Click on Tools in the top navigation bar and then click
Internet Options.
- Click the Security tab.
- Select the Internet for the zone that you want to set the security
level for.
- Click on the "Custom Level" button located at the
bottom of the page.
- When the "Settings:" window opens, scroll down to
"Cookies".
- Under "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer,"
please check "Enable,".
- Under "Allow per session cookies (not stored)," check
"Allow per session cookies." This is required to be
able to log into jobs-bank.com.
- Close all browser windows and start again to apply changes you
made.
Internet Explorer 6.x for PC:
From inside the IE window:
- Click on Tools in the top navigation bar and then click
Internet Options.
- Click the Privacy tab.
- Click the Advanced button.
- Check "Override automatic cookie handling".
- Check "Always allow session cookies"..
- Select Enable for each subcategory. Click OK. Click OK.
- Close all browser windows and start again to apply changes you
made.

AOL Users
Internet Explorer/AOL
(note: AOL software uses the Microsoft Internet Explorer as its
default browser):
- Click on Start from your Windows 95/98 taskbar.
- Select Settings.
- Click on Control Panel.
- Click on the Internet icon. The Internet Properties window should
appear.
- Click on the Advanced tab
- Scroll down until you see the Cookies icon. For jobs-bank.com,
choose "always accept cookies."
- Once you have selected a cookie preference, click on the Apply
button.
- Click OK.
- Close all browser windows and start again to apply changes you
made.
Note: Internet Explorer 3.02 does not allow you to disable cookies,
only to be warned before accepting them. To be warned before accepting
cookies while using MSIE 3.02:
- Click on Start.
- Select Settings.
- Click on Control Panels.
- Click on the Internet icon. The Internet Properties window should
appear.
- Click on the Advanced tab from within the Internet properties
window.
- Select the box to the left of "Warn before accepting cookies."
- You will now have the option to decline each cookie offered
by Web sites that you visit.
- Close all browser windows and start again to apply changes you
made.
AOL for Mac:
- Go to My AOL, then click on Preferences
- Click on WWW.
- Go to Advanced Settings. In the left pane, click on Receiving
Files, then in the right pane, click on Cookies, and
choose "Never Ask" or "Ask".
- Close all browser windows and start again to apply changes you
made.

Netscape 4.x for Mac:

Internet Explorer 4.5 for Mac:
- Go to Edit, then click on Preferences
- In the left pane, click on Receiving Files, then click
on Cookies.
- In the right pane, use the pull down "When receiving cookies"
and choose "never ask," "ask for each site,"
or "ask for each cookie."
- Click on OK to save.
- Close all browser windows and start again to apply changes you
made.
