CONSULTANCY BACKGROUND: Bharati Management Consultancy Services (BMCS) started its operations in the field of manpower solutions in 1997 in NCR Delhi under the guidance of Senior HR Professionals. BMCS initially concentrated its efforts in the field of Information technology, but in a gradual process moved into other Industries. BMCS now has operations in NCR Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. We have teams focused on providing permanent staffing, contract staffing in the field of Banking, financial services, Insurance (BFSI), Information Technology (Software / Hardware), ITES, Telecom, Manufacturing, FMCG and Service Industry. Management Search: We work on mid level & senior level management positions, across functional areas in various industries. Our niche/focus areas are BFSI, IT, ITES, Telecom and other Service Sector companies. b. Information Technology Search: Here the focus is on IT Management & Software development positions in the IT industry. c. Customer Relationship Management: Being an emerging area, here the search is specific to Customer Relationship Management and our strength being in the IT enabled service industry - areas such as International Call Centers, BPO, and Transaction Processing etc. Temporary Staffing/Contractual employment: This service is well suited for start-ups, new project manning, plant expansion, scale up of team sizes and geographical expansion of teams (e.g. Sales/Servicing teams). a) Protocol Staff for conferences/Seminars/Exhibitions: We also provide smart, young, experienced and competent staff to manage the front desk, registration counters and information counters and also assists in distribution of documents and coordination in the hall. 2. We have large database of Software, Engineering, HR, Finance and Marketing personnel. With our dedicated efforts and effective placements, our database of Regional as well as Global candidates is expanding. Apart from that, we proactively expand our database using the Internet, strategic alliances, a network of sub-vendors, and referrals. This enables our consultants to identify suitable candidates quickly in response to your requirements APPROACH Our research based approach ensures that we understand the business that the organization is in, the work culture, the details of the job, and the prospective executive's profile, to enable us to search suitable profile for the impending position, thus minimizing the risk of a mismatch. We would then monitor and discuss the progress at each stage of the recruitment process both with the client and candidate. Where relevant, we would interface with the client, to iron out issues and concerns, at both ends, to pave the way for a common meeting ground, including salary fixation, other terms and joining formalities. Strict confidentiality is ensured at every stage of the process. PROCESS OF SELECTION: The client company would inform Bharati Placements of the requirements through e-mail/telephone or any other mode of communication. We at BMCS accept an assignment with an exclusivity period of 1-2 weeks. During this period we conduct a focused search from our database, other resources and also track down appropriate profiles from industry. The agency would do the initial screening of the prospective candidates and match them against the given specification/benchmarks. BMCS would send the resumes along with the interview impressions of only those candidates who would fit the given specifications. The client would inform BMCS the name of the candidates who have to be called for the further interviews. We at BMCS coordinate the telephonic interviews and meetings between the client and the candidate. The client would give the selected candidates an offer depending on the availability of a suitable position. BMCS would be informed of the outcome of the selection process for each candidate, with a copy of the appointment letter.
